You will be asked to attend 3 lectures per week. (An additional hour to the two that have already been scheduled will be arranged in consultation with students at the beginning of the paper.) The paper will cover Lessons 27-32 of New Practical Chinese Reader 3, at the rate of one lesson every fortnight.

Due to the continuing uncertainty over COVID alert levels, you will have the option of either coming onto campus for a face-to-face class (which is always the best option when learning a language :) ) or join the class via zoom. Since classes are highly interactive, they will not be Panoptoed or recorded, due to student privacy issues.

You will have the option of submitting assignments by either handing in your workbook in class, or submitting them electronically via Moodle. If alert levels change, you may be required to submit assignments via Moodle only.
