Paper Description
The course examines the fundamentals of governance and how these are applied to real life organisational settings. Governance is a meta-discipline in that it overarches almost every aspect of current and future business practice.
A key aspect of business is the social, cultural and environmental considerations relating to the purpose of a business and how this translates into the customer, stakeholder and shareholder experience.
