What this paper is about
The course examines the fundamentals of governance and how these are applied to a range of real life organisational settings. Governance is a meta-discipline in that it overarches almost every aspect of current and future business practice. A key aspect of this governance course is the attention given to economic, social, cultural and environmental considerations relating to the purpose of a business and how these translate into the shareholder and stakeholder value and experience.
