This paper will prepare students to be at the forefront of this disruptive technological change. Supply chain management is concerned with managing the processes for purchasing materials and components from suppliers and delivering goods to the customers of a business. Supply chain management is central to the success of every organisation as customer satisfaction and profitability heavily depend on the ability to make the right goods available at the right place at the right time.
