A comprehensive approach to health assessment integrates physical, social, cultural and psychological dimensions.

The student will relate the information from the health consumer, family/whānau/aiga assessment to understand alterations in psycho-social and physiological functioning, common health problems, psychological, cultural and social health needs and the impact of the determinants of health.
