Paper Description

Edit Paper Description Content

The paper is structured around 'The five practices of exemplary leadership' - the model that Kouzes and Posner derived from studying personal-best leadership experiences. Together we will explore the practices that individuals need to learn to engage others and create great workplaces.

Please note, this is an intensive paper. From day one you will need to engage in class and with your readings and journal. Start on your leadership presentations as soon as you are allocated your group. You will have significant assessments in week 3, 4, and 5, plus your group presentation in one of those weeks or in week 2. You will not be able to wait until later in the paper to start work or you will struggle to manage the assessments. All lectures and tutorials support your assessments and non-attendance at these will make it difficult to complete your assessments successfully.
