What this paper is about

Leadership is an essential life skill. This paper explores how you create your sense of self, how you can communicate authentically in your own voice, and uses research-based practices to prepare you to lead across a wide range of activities.

It is our hope and intention that you'll have productive fun during this class and learn material that will improve your personal lives as well as your career opportunities. The more we share and enjoy our time together, the more this will happen.

This paper is offered in FLEXI mode which means there are some flexible aspects of this paper that can be completed online. For those taking the paper online, please note there are some elements (outlined below) that require you to be online at specified times.
