Paper Description
Paper Structure
This paper is taught online through Moodle. Videos, readings and other resources will be posted on Moodle each week to support your learning. Students will be required to participate in a weekly discussion forum as part of the paper. There will also be three face to face tutorials offered via Zoom.

Online Support
All core learning activities for this paper are conducted via Moodle, the online learning platform of the University of Waikato. The paper outline for MAORI103 (NET) and other course materials will also be provided to students through Moodle. This includes access to course readings, electronic media and other supporting material, such as lecture notes.
In addition to email, dialogue forums may also be used to provide one on one communication between lecturer and student and are not accessible to others. For additional support, students are also welcome to make an appointment to meet with me on campus or via Zoom.
Workload
This paper is held in the B Semester and is fully online. As part of the coursework and assessment, students are expected to participate in a weekly online discussion forum and to complete all of the required readings and activities. The average workload for the paper is about 12 hours per week. This includes contributing to online discussions and activities, doing research and literature searches, reviewing course readings, watching video footage associated with course content, including Panopto recordings, and completing assignments.
