Paper Description
Under supervision, students will progress through the relevant stages of generating a high-quality dissertation on a topic of their choosing. Projects can be traditional research or practice-related. Over the course of 26 weeks, students will engage with relevant scholarly readings, devise an appropriate methodology, and investigate a topic related to Screen and Media studies.
Paper Structure
Students will meet with their supervisor at arranged times to fulfil the paper requirements.

The internal assessment/exam ratio (as stated in the University Calendar) is 100:0. There is no final exam.

Workload
Students will be expected to work independently in co-ordination with their allocated supervisor. Students are responsibly for maintaining regular contact with staff and completing writing/practical assignments set by the supervisor.
